How do I shop on the Party Partyculars website?
Shopping with us could not be easier. Just browse our store and add any items you may wish to buy to your shopping cart by clicking the ‘add to basket’ button.

As you add items to the shopping cart you will be able to view the number of items and value of the order in the green headed box at the top right hand side labeled ‘Your cart’. If you wish to update, delete or review your basket, please click ‘basket’ and follow the instructions.
When you have finished your selection click on ‘checkout’, you will be asked for details required by us to fulfill your order. When you have entered this information click on ‘continue to next step’ and follow the instructions. Before you can submit your order you will need to agree to our terms and conditions but clicking the check box.

Is ordering online by credit cards secure?
Yes. When you place an order with us, we give you the choice of using the secure site payment gateway WORLDPAY or PAYPAL. WORLDPAY and PAYPAL both use secure server software encryption to keep your transaction private and protected. Your credit card information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta and Solo Cards. On receipt of an order, your card payment will be processed and debited from your account. All card transactions are processed by the secure gateway WORLDPAY or PAYPAL depending on the choice chosen during checkout.
We also accept payment by cheque drawn on a UK bank account. Your order will be dispatched when your cheque has been cleared. This can take up to 7 working days. To be sure your order arrives in time, please place your order at least 21 days before your party.
We are also happy to accept postal orders.

What will happen if an item is out of stock?
We aim to keep all items in stock, but on an occasion where an item is out of stock we will notify you and you can choose from one of the following options.
1) Send out your order without the item and forward it when it is back in stock, at no extra cost to you.
2) Send the whole order when the item is back in stock.
3) A refund for the out of stock item.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to customerservices@partypartyculars.co.uk or call us on 0845 6522278 before we have dispatched the goods to you, or where the goods have already been dispatched they may be returned for any reason within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund (less the cost of delivery) or exchange. The cost of returning the goods to us shall be bourne by you. Please see our Returns and Refunds policy for further information.
What about toy safety?
All of the toys on Party Partyculars website comply with the European Toy Safety Regulation CE mark and age guidelines where appropriate. Unless specifically stated, toys are UNSUITABLE for children under 3 years old.
What about balloon safety?
Adults should always inflate balloons and supervise their use with children under 8 years old.

Who will deliver my order?
We use Royal Mail and couriers to make our deliveries.
I received my dispatch notification but my parcel has still not arrived?
If you have not received your parcel within the expected timescale, please contact customer services by email customerservices@partypartyculars.co.uk or by phone on 0845 652 2278.
What happens if my order is damaged?
In the unlikely event you receive any products which are damaged or faulty, please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt of the products. We will then contact you to arrange either a refund or replacement product(s) to be sent. You will need to return the damaged/faulty product(s) to us in the original packaging. Party Partyculars Ltd reserves the right to have the damaged product(s) returned before a refund or replacement is given. We will also refund the cost of returning the faulty product(s) to us.
What happens if my order is lost?
If your order was sent by Royal Mail we will not be able accept claims for non-delivery until fifteen working days after the date of posting, because that is the way the Royal Mail works. If this means that you may not have your order in time for your party, then please contact us and we will try and get another parcel out to you in time for your party but you will need to pay for this.
If the parcel shows up then please return it to us unused and in a resalable condition and on receipt we will issue you with a refund. If the parcel has still not arrived after the 15 working day period, then we will file a claim with Royal Mail and ask you to complete any correspondence you receive from them swiftly so that we can issue you with a refund.
If the parcel is returned back to us because they could not deliver it then we will issue you with a refund on receipt and notify you.
What is Registration and what are the advantages?
To make your shopping experience with Party Partyculars more personal we give you the option to use a Registration system that allows us to recognise you when you visit the site again.
Once registered your Name and Address, Contact Details are held in a special account set up for you on our secure server.
The advantage of registration is that much of the information you need to enter when placing an order is already held on our server and is entered for you when you shop again and you are given access to special features of the site such as shopping lists and Reviews.
Provided you have identified yourself (logged-in) to the site before shopping you can leave a partially completed order on the site for finalising at a later date. You can do this by using the shopping list.
The shopping list is very useful if for example, you are not quite sure of the final numbers coming to your party. You can add your selected products together with the quantities to the shopping list to make up your basic order and then return to the site to adjust the quantities to suit your final guest list, add the items to the basket and then finalise the order.

If you wish you can receive Newsletters and updates when anything new is being added to our site, so you may know about products before they are available 'online.'
I received my products and they are great, how can I leave a review or testimonial?
Product review's can be written by anyone who is registered with us, it only takes a few minutes to register. Once you have registered, look for the product that you want to review, once located click ’add review’ and write your comments.

- We regret that outbound shipping costs cannot be refunded. For exchanged product(s), you may be asked for a nominal fee as a contribution towards any additional postage of shipping depending on which shipping method you require.
- We are sorry but we are unable to replace or exchange any product(s) until the original has been received by us. If you need any product(s) urgently, we would suggest you place a second order for the new product(s) and send the original back at a later date.
